Course description:

Scientifically based tools to understand and bridge the intuitive connection between the heart and mind. All techniques affect brain centers and improves the heart-brain synchronization, hormonal balance and the autonomic nervous system and vagal pathways. Results are authentic and compassionate connections with self, others, and the world at large; allowing stronger emotional intelligence, self-awareness, innovation, problem solving and critical thinking.

  • Introduction to HeartMath and supporting science
  • Connecting HeartMath and Applied Improvisation.

You do not need to be HearthMath or Applied Improv certified to take this course.
