In this 45 minute intro, participants will learn the basic steps of working with students online, identifying, expressing, understanding, regulating, and using emotions.  This is not a PowerPoint, yet a workshop where all participants will be engaged in the activities, so please only attend if you have the ability to use your video and microphone on your device.
